We had a great experience, the apartment location was great for walking and exporting the town.

Very easy to check in and nice walking distance to place. Would recommend this to other people. Only thing the ceiling fan needs to be clean and jets in tub needs to be clean. Beside that nice place.

The plus was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in downtown Lancaster near the convention center, farmer's market etc... The place was clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay for one or two as long as they intended to primarily eat out. Parking might have been an issue but I took the train so can't be sure. Basically, you are paying for the central location...and professional management...but the latter failed me during the checkin process...completely. Expedia, Vrbo and the local property manager all failed to return my messages for help during checkin and haven't to this moment. If it hadn't been for a sympathetic soul staying inside the property --who had had the same issue before me -- I literally would have been left standing at the curb outside all night without the necessary check in combinations...which btw were NEVER provided. And that was after my Amtrak was delayed 10 hours...so my failure to check in might have been flagged by an organization that actually cares about such things. Never had anything like this happen to me before.
